Performance #

If Groupdesk is slowing down while you’re working (ie: building multiple catalogs), try doing a hard refresh to increase speed


  1. Hold down ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.

  2. Or, press ⌘ Cmd+⇧ Shift+R.

  2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

  3. just open the Chrome Dev Tools by pressing F12. Once the chrome dev tools are open, just right click on the refresh button and a menu will drop down.

Records #

Unable to Remove Payment Methods that are Expired

Payment methods with an expiry in the past are not able to be removed from traveler records.

History Module #

If there is a very large description in the description column and your browser window is not fully expanded, the module will not be able to display the information (it won’t have enough room). Expand your browser window to maximum size to be able to view the data.

Browsers #


Mobile & Desktop users are sometimes unable to login to Groupdesk’s Agent Interface with iOS 11 or higher.

Fix On Desktop

Preferences > Privacy > Website Tracking and disable, Prevent cross-site tracking

Fix On Mobile

Settings > Privacy & Security > Disable, Prevent cross-site tracking

Bookings #

There is about 1 in 40k chance that a Booking may have the same booking code as another traveler. This match does not interfere with the bookings records, but may confuse Customer Service staff.
