3. Display Text Fields #

These values were previously entered into the Display Text module on the catalog record. They can now also be found in the Overview of this record.

It is currently possible to enter these values in either place, however the Display Text module will soon be updated and will no longer accept this content.

The brand display text fields are used to populate data into Trip Page, Booking Form, Profile and Emails generated by Mailchimp / Mandrill.

Keys are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it is listed. (e.g. “Main Description” not “main description”)

To complete a Hotel Catalog, you must add a Room Type. This will be the first panel visible on the record, after it has been created. Here you will determine what room types you will be offering and the occupancies that are available.

Note: Once a Hotel Catalog is attached to an Inventory, the Room Types can no longer be updated. If you would like to add a new room type, you will need to create a new Catalog. (If you are unsure of room type we suggest creating a generic hotel with single occupancy OR waiting until you have more information.) This will break all trips attached if you attempt to change them after. If you must update this, you will need to create new catalogues and inventories and use the Swap Process.
